Markos Brotzakis

Markos is a Chartered Tax Advisor & CPA with extensive knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Corporate Income Tax, V.A.T and other taxations, gained in Europe and other jurisdictions around the world. His main areas of focus are Tax Planning, Tax Structuring & Restructuring, Corporate Income Tax, VAT and Transfer Pricing.

He has served in senior tax and finance positions in KPMG, Alcatel, HayGroup, Frigoglass (member of Coca-Cola Group) and Autogrill. Participated in the preparation and introduction of cross-border VAT system in the European Union.

He is the founder of MBR Accountants & Tax Consultants in Greece since 1994 and Gulf Tax Consultants in the U.A.E since 2017.

He is serving clients like Prada, Horvath, Alamar (Domino’s Pizza), SALFO and others.  Markos sits on the tax advisory board of a leading international audit firm providing guidance on VAT and Transfer Pricing issues in the GCC and globally.
