ZATCA – TAX Amnesty until 30.06.26
ZATCA issued an extension to its running Tax Amnesty program until 30.06.2026.
The tax amnesty program is applied to the following taxes:
- Corporate Income Tax
- V.A.T
- Withholding Taxes
- Excise Taxes
- Real Estate Transaction Tax (RETT)
The prerequisites to benefit from the initiative as well as the exclusions from it can be found in the Simplified Guideline for Cancellation of Fines and Exemption of Financial Penalties issued by ZATCA on 01.01.206.
